• “Pillo AI Interactions” include all interactions with the device, such as voice inputs, AI-generated responses, and device settings.

• “Software” refers to any software we provide for use with Pillo AI, including updates, firmware, and the Pillo AI App.

• “Third-Party Services” refers to any external services, applications, or integrations available for use with Pillo AI.

2. Use of Pillo AI

2.1 Device & App Access

• A Pillo AI Device is required to access and use Pillo AI.

• Some features may require the Pillo AI App, an internet connection, or additional settings.

• Not all Pillo AI services may be available in every region.

2.2 Personal & Non-Commercial Use

• You may use Pillo AI only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Any unauthorized modification, resale, or redistribution of Pillo AI software or hardware is prohibited.

• Pillo AI processes voice interactions locally by default.

• Users can enable optional cloud-based features through the Pillo AI App, which may store limited user preferences.

• No voice recordings are sent to external servers unless explicitly enabled by the user.

• Users may upload or select custom AI voices through the Pillo AI App.

• If using a third-party voice model, users are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright and privacy laws.

• Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle will remain active until the next billing period but will not be refunded.
